Virtual Intake Therapist - Front-Door for SMI Care

Amae Health is hiring a part-time Virtual Intake Therapist to serve as the clinical front door for prospective members across California clinics. This fully virtual role conducts comprehensive intake assessments and determines the right course of care for individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI). You will assess biopsychosocial history, mental status, risk, and level of care, and decide if they fit Amae’s integrated SMI care model to join PHP or IOP programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Amae Health
