Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and develop personalized treatment strategies

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to maximize patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercise programs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
