Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to support resident goals. Track progress and ensure quality outcomes. Maintain strong documentation and communication. Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment.What We're Looking ForLicensed as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in Oregon or graduate of an approved PTA program or actively working toward licensure.
