Medical Device Receiving Technician - 1st Shift

Our client is looking for a Technical Service Receiving I. This pivotal role supports a company that manufactures innovative medical devices distributed globally, recognized for their commitment to quality and safety. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, receiving and processing customer devices, and accurately entering data into Oracle to ensure seamless technical service operations.You will manage package opening, clean and prepare devices, perform data entry, and create all necessary paperwork and labels to support technical workflows. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in the workplace.In this role, you will:Manage opening packages and cleaning daily technical service items and devicesPerform data entry of device information into Oracle and other applicationsCreate paperwork and service-specific labelsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentSupport other duties as assignedWork Schedule:Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMRequired Skills, Education and Experience:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficient in computer applications such as Oracle, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Dymo labeling softwareAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and safely operate a Pallet Jack/Hand JackHigh school diploma or equivalentSome data entry experience; entry-level/1 year receiving experienceProof of HEP B vaccination or willingness to be vaccinated prior to startThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?If you refer someone who gets hired for any of our job opportunities, and works a minimum of hours, we'll show our appreciation with a referral bonus.
