We’re just built to be better. We are a great company. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our candidate selection and hiring process. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping companies attract top talent. Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Collaborate with hiring managers to provide administrative support. Work collaboratively with recruiters to maintain accuracy and data integrity. Create requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with job postings on various job boards. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Initiate and track candidate background checks Manage candidate communication, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ClearCompany) to ensure accurate candidate records. Conduct initial candidate screenings, when necessary, to assess qualifications. Prepare offer letters and assist with preboarding new hires. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain confidentiality of candidate information. Assist with coordinating recruitment events such as career fairs and networking events. Minimum Requirements 2-3 years of previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Experience with utilizing and leveraging technology, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed), Clear Company, and/or social media recruiting. Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices. Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
