Join Our Team as a Caregiver (CBRF) at CTH- Bluemound & Grantosa Homes!

We’re looking for caring and dependable individuals to join our team as Caregivers (CBRF). No prior experience? No problem! If you have a heart for caregiving, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Caregiver at Close to Home, your role will be essential in creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Helping with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Supporting residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.
• Dependable and attentive to the needs of others.
• Willing to learn and grow in a caregiving role.

No prior experience is required —we welcome individuals who are new to caregiving but have a genuine passion for helping others.
