Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. This role involves delivering patient-centered care through thorough assessment, treatment planning under guided supervision, and effective rehabilitation therapy. You will manage a caseload of 5-15 patients daily, focusing on pain management and progress monitoring to improve patients’ functional outcomes. Our clinic supports professional growth with continuing education opportunities and certification reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and functional abilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans with guided supervision
- Provide rehabilitation therapy tailored to individual needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Manage pain and promote physical wellness
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (state-specific)
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Experience in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
- Skilled in patient assessment and rehabilitation techniques
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Strong team collaboration and time management skills
