Program Manager/Training Lead

Program Manager/Training Lead Employment Type: Full Time Department: Project Management We are seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to assist with the design, development, and delivery of training for internal and external audiences for a government client. Responsibilities Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize. Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan. Co‑deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end‑to‑end claims lifecycle processes. Training will be delivered as instructor‑led, in‑person, and virtually to approximately 10–75 staff members. Create user‑friendly, professional quality graphics and communication media for How‑To Guides, website content, and other communications vehicles. Partner with the VCF team and system integrator to support staff transition and ensure successful rollout of transformed processes; determine overall training schedule and timeline with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team. Design and develop myVCF system training using training materials delivered by the myVCF System Integrator. Design and develop communication materials for internal and external audiences, including PowerPoints, handouts, and focus groups as directed by the VCF. Submit all communications and training materials to VCF for approval and track them through the approval process, ensuring proper prioritization and adjustments. Qualifications Ability to design and develop a comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e‑learning modules. Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients. Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership. Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality, on‑time deliverables. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes. Experience with Salesforce preferred. Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Must be a United States citizen. Benefits We care about our employees.
