Program Manager

Location: Washington, DC / Remote | Clearance: NACI

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $170,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain programmatic and financial management plans, policies, and procedures to ensure effective program management and control

Oversee and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, and that they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, and work with stakeholders to develop and implement necessary contingency plans to ensure program continuity and success

Monitor and report program progress to stakeholders, including providing regular status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting as necessary to ensure program success

Ensure compliance with program management methodologies and standards, such as PMBOK or Agile, and adhere to relevant industry best practices and standards

Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including program plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant documents, to ensure that program information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available

Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including providing timely and transparent updates, and ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle

Requirements

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience.
