This isn't a "check the box and forward the email" kind of gig. You'll own real customer relationships, drive real revenue growth, and have a direct hand in how freight moves across the country. If you like building things that last and thrive under a little pressure, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a book of existing customer business, expanding lanes and increasing volume.
- Be the go-to person your customers trust when freight needs to move and problems need solving.
- Negotiate rates that keep customers happy and margins healthy.
- Manage loads through our TMS with a 98%+ accuracy rate (yes, we track it).
- Collaborate daily with Fleet Managers, Carrier Reps, and ops teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Spot process improvements and actually make them happen.

- Customers that grow, not just stick around.
- 90%+ customer satisfaction scores.
- Clean data, accurate orders, zero surprises.
- Being the person everyone, internal and external, wants on the call.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in transportation, logistics, or brokerage.
- A knack for building relationships and keeping them strong.
- Negotiation skills that close deals without burning bridges.
- You're organized, tech-savvy, and cool under pressure.
- Comfortable in TMS platforms, Google Suite, and customer portals.
