EFC Success Coach Program Manager Senior Management Peoria, AZ, US Salary Range: $57,500.00 To $62,500.00 Annually Program Manager - Young Adult, Extended Foster Care Program Pay Range: $57,500-$62,500 + 4 Day Work Week Extended Foster Care Program Overview Ohana's Extended Foster Care (EFC) program is in direct partnership with the Arizona Department of Child Safety that serves young adults (ages 17.5 to 21) who are aging out of the foster care system. An EFC Program Manager will oversee a team of Success Coaches and ensure the quality standards of the program are met. Ohana’s team of Success Coaches fulfill a unique role that combines a focus on helping young adults achieve their goals (education, employment, housing, health, relationships, etc.), as well as providing the necessary case management that equips them for a successful transition to adulthood. EFC Program Manager Job Description Provide team leadership of the EFC Program Clinical supervision of 6 EFC Success Coaches Monitor and ensure program quality A full job description will be provided as part of the interview process.
