EDI Implementation Specialist I

ADP is hiring an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Implementation Specialist I . In this role, you are a member of the Connections Implementation team within Comprehensive Services, responsible for setting up EDI file feeds between WFN and third-party benefits vendors to ensure enrollment and demographic information is transmitted successfully. Responsibilities Effectively manage connections projects in various stages of implementation, providing technical guidance on account structures, analyzing and reviewing test files, and creating new coding/mapping jobs for each file. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve benefit set up, data, and coding discrepancies. Drive the connections projects using project management and problem‑solving skills. Required Qualifications High School Diploma. Basic project management skills. Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Quick wit and sense of humor (optional). Preferred Qualifications College degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in client service or customer service. Business consulting experience. Ability to work independently and with a team. Experience in EDI Implementation or Support. Military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through. Locations & Hybrid Work ADP Augusta, GA ADP Norfolk, VA ADP Tempe, AZ Hybrid work schedule based on current Covid protocols.
