Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this position ensures smooth daily workflow using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients and supporting clinical staff in administrative tasks. Responsibilities * Coordinate patient scheduling and manage appointment calendars * Oversee front desk operations including patient check-ins and inquiries * Assist with billing processes and insurance documentation * Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EHR systems * Support the Office Manager and clinical staff as needed Preferred Qualifications * Entry-level experience in medical reception or medical assisting * High school diploma or equivalent
