Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team in Canton, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective management and mentoring
Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and manage resources to maximize profitability
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with other departments to align business strategies and initiatives
Represent the company at industry events and in the local community

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of management experience in a relevant industry
Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and resource allocation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems)
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Visionary mindset with the capacity to develop and implement strategic plans
Must be 18 years or older
Open availability, including weekends, to meet business needs
