Physical Therapist (PT) — Champaign, IL Area

Direct-Hire | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | No Weekends, No Call

The Opportunity

We're hiring Physical Therapists for an established health system in the Champaign, Illinois area. Multiple settings are open under one application, so whether your strength is acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient, one submission puts you in front of the right team.

This is a direct-hire, permanent role. Day shift, Monday through Friday. No weekends and no call. If you're ready to step off the SNF or home health treadmill and into a hospital schedule with real variety, this is the move.

Settings Available

• Acute Care PT — Evaluate and treat patients across all ages. Build and adjust plans of care in a fast-paced hospital environment alongside a strong therapy team.
• Inpatient Rehab PT — Work a dedicated rehab unit. Handle transfers and mobility work, and own your caseload from evaluation through discharge.
• Outpatient PT — Community-based clinic roughly 30 miles east. Full-day outpatient caseload in a well-supported setting.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, modifying the plan of care as their needs change
• Design plans that integrate goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge planning
• Adjust care based on patient response and current evidence
• Perform safe patient transfers and model sound body mechanics
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and students using clear, effective methods
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and students

What You Bring

• Current Physical Therapist license (Illinois, or eligible and willing to obtain)
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Comfort working across a range of ages and acuity levels
