Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with mobility training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and fall prevention preferred.
• Ability to document care in electronic medical records required.
• Client requires floating between two facilities within Danville, IL; candidate must be willing to float as needed.
