The position focuses on building a steady book of business through relationship-driven sales and consistent follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities for HVAC maintenance agreementsManage and grow relationships with commercial and industrial clientsPrepare and present service proposals based on customer needs and system requirementsMaintain an active pipeline and track opportunities using CRM toolsConduct site visits to evaluate equipment and recommend service solutionsCollaborate with internal service teams to ensure successful contract executionSupport long-term account retention through consistent communication and follow- upQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in B2B or outside salesExperience in HVAC, mechanical services, or related industries preferredStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities effectivelyComfortable working in a field-based, client-facing roleProficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applicationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordCampbell, Inc. offers the opportunity to build a stable book of business within an established mechanical contractor environment, supported by a team committed to quality service and long-term client partnerships.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
