Some of our CSR’s duties and responsibilities: Assess and understand client’s needs and expectations Provide clients with accurate and market competitive estimates in a timely manner Mathematical analysis – The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals will be required. Also, must have a solid understanding of the use of a ruler and percentages. Quote follow up/Close sales Order Entry – Obtain and organize all job details required for a client order. The ability to provide/communicate accurate operational instructions is a necessity. Assign lead times Pre-press proofing Effectively communicate job concerns, changes or delays with clients, production team and central facilities Critical thinking/Problem solving as necessary to fulfill orders Maintain & Maximize Accounts Ask for referrals/Google reviews Absorb marketing provided leads – connect with potential client, research and pursue Personal Development – This will be ongoing and never ending Additional Account Manager duties as assigned by supervisor and outlined in a personalized Individual Business Plan (IBP) #1349OS #J-18808-Ljbffr
