Pay Rate: $46/Hour

Schedule & Hours:

Timings: Tuesdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
No. of Days Per Week: 1 Day
Guaranteed Hours: 7

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of pain management experience to provide telehealth-based care for new and established patients. The provider will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications (including controlled substances within scope), monitor progress, and maintain compliant clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct telehealth evaluations and follow-up visits
Assess and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations
Review patient pain assessments and questionnaires
Complete accurate SOAP notes and clinical documentation
Ensure patient consent forms are completed and maintained
Monitor treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Active Michigan NP license
Minimum 1 year of pain management experience required
Michigan DEA License required
Telehealth experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Knowledge of pain management protocols and controlled substance prescribing regulations
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently
Malpractice insurance required
