Outpatient Clinic  •  Oklahoma City, OK  •  Flexible Part-Time 1099  •  $150/eval+

Are you an experienced OTR looking for meaningful clinical work that fits around your life…not the other way around?  Therapitas is seeking a skilled evaluator to join our Oklahoma City team in a role built differently from the ground up: designed to be high-impact for just a few focused hours each week - we’re talking one afternoon in clinic for the right schedule - with compensation structured to reflect your value and expertise.

Therapitas has served Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2009 with one mission: ensuring Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child. We’re a growing, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic with locations in Oklahoma City and Tulsa and we’re hiring an Evaluating Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Oklahoma City team. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Evaluations are typically scheduled during our M-F, 9-6 clinic hours in 1.5-hour time blocks.

Sample compensation package
Commitment:  3 evaluations/week, supervision of 2 COTAs
⌚Weekly Time Investment: 4.5 hours scheduled in clinic for evaluations, documentation and supervision tasks when and where it works for you
Compensation:  up to $26,000/year 

What You’ll Do

We know that not every great OTR is interested in a traditional schedule. This role was designed for the therapist who is passionate about the clinical work itself — the puzzle of an evaluation, the satisfaction of collaboration and mentorship, the connection and impact — without being tied down to the caseload that usually comes with it.

• Evals only. No treatment sessions. Your time at the clinic is streamlined to focus entirely on evaluations.
• Supervision that fits your life. Focused check-ins, clinical conversations, and co-signing you can complete on-the-go — not another block on your calendar.
• Supported paperwork management. Intake forms are managed by our support staff, with discipline-specific forms providing foundational information, easing the burden of the caregiver interview and letting you focus on what matters most to families.
• All assessment tools, protocols, and testing materials are provided and maintained.  Evaluation reports are created in our easy-to-use EMR. Show up and do the work, document when and where it works for you.
• Flexible, hands-off scheduling. You set your availability, we take care of the rest.
• Competitive per-eval compensation plus a flat weekly supervision rider. Designed to deliver strong earnings relative to hours worked structured to reward focused, expert-level work.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
✅ Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
✅ Form 5 availability for COTA supervision
✅ Experience conducting occupational therapy evaluations; outpatient pediatric experience preferred.
✅ Passion for working with children and families
✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
✅ Mission-driven approach to care
✅ Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
