Phlebotomist Float

Labcorp seeks a part-time float phlebotomist in Overland Park, Kansas to perform blood collections across multiple clinic locations. The role involves patient interaction, specimen processing, and data entry with flexibility to work various shifts and sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all patient ages
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Accurately enter patient information and maintain specimen logs
• Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
• Travel to additional clinical sites as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
