Loan Transaction Senior Associate Attorney

Must Haves 8+ years of experience in loan transactions and financing Real estate and business law experience preferred Oregon State Bar membership Book of business preferred but not required Your New Role Are you looking to join an established firm as their newest Loan Transaction Senior Associate Attorney? In this role, you’ll represent both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending transactions as well as banking, finance, and real estate matters. This will include drafting contracts and transaction documents, facilitating negotiations, and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll have reasonable billable requirements, and your compensation will increase based on collections and business development bonuses. The attorneys here work primarily in-office, with some hybrid flexibility.
