We have been in business for 50+ years now!Your day as a Service AdvisorAs a Full Time Service Advisor at Spradley Auto, your typical day will revolve around providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will start by preparing for customer appointments, reviewing service schedules and vehicle histories. Upon customer arrival, you'll greet them warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and document vehicle issues accurately.Acting as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, you'll communicate recommended services and repair needs in straightforward language, providing transparent cost estimates and securing customer approvals. Throughout the day, you'll monitor repair progress, keep customers updated on timelines, and ensure that all work is completed as promised.
