What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and operate biomedical and diagnostic equipment
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare, wellness, and disease management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
• Respond effectively to patient crises and emergencies
• Provide supervision and guidance to unlicensed staff as needed

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant RN experience, with a preference for behavioral health or mental health experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment
