Location: Coos Bay, OR

Start Date: Upon credentialing

Duration: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time options

Shift: Assigned, schedule to be discussed during interview

Hours/Week: 80 hours (full-time) or 48 hours (part-time) per pay period

License/Certs: Oregon RN license; Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia; Board Certification required

Experience: 1+ year of CRNA experience in high-acuity or trauma settings preferred

Compensation: $305,218 gross annually for full-time (1.0 FTE); part-time pay/benefits to be discussed during interview

What You'll Do

• Administer and manage anesthesia procedures independently within your scope of practice
• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases, excluding heads and hearts, with healthy pediatric cases only
• Perform all types of blocks and anesthesia-related procedures in a high-acuity trauma hospital setting
• Collaborate with physicians and other CRNAs as part of a solid, experienced team
• Practice in a well-equipped hospital with 7 ORs, endoscopy, cath lab, and nearby ASC
• Participate in shared call schedule with post-call day off and weekend rotations
• Ensure compliance with Oregon State statutes and hospital policies
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care

What You Need

• Oregon RN license and Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum 1+ year of CRNA experience, preferably in trauma/high-acuity environments
• Board Certified (indicated on internal records)
• Clean malpractice history/background
• Ability to practice independently according to Oregon regulations

• Experience with diverse anesthesia procedures, including blocks and trauma cases
• Residency in the local area or willingness to relocate
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
