People Operations & HRIS Specialist Details:
- Temporary position
- $21.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
- Serve as the HRIS administrator and subject matter expert, maintaining employee data, system configurations, integrations, and data integrity across HR platforms.
- Manage and optimize HR technology, workflows, automations, reporting, and project tracking tools (including Monday.com) to support People Operations initiatives.
- Support all employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, benefits administration, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain compliant electronic personnel records and ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and retention standards.
- Create, analyze, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, metrics, compliance filings, and audit data.
- Administer compensation and benefits system transactions, reconcile data discrepancies, and support payroll and vendor integrations.
- Test, implement, troubleshoot, and enhance HR systems, workflows, automations, and technology solutions.
People Operations & HRIS Specialist Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HRIS experience with hands-on data management and reporting responsibilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Monday.com, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience with Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, HRIS administration, Monday.com
