Senior Net Revenue Analyst $99K-$130K Houston TX Hybrid
Full Time | Financial Analytics | Hybrid Role

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Responsible for performing complex financial analysis related to reimbursement and net revenue
• Supports system-level net revenue reporting accuracy and financial statements
• Develops analytics to identify and explain net revenue performance drivers
• Reports to Director of Net Revenue

COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $99,000 - $130,000

SCHEDULE
• Full-time
• Hybrid (onsite requirement, including Wednesdays and as needed)

ROLE
• Support monthly financial close, including trend modeling and variance analysis
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
• Analyze financial data and identify key trends for leadership decision-making
• Contribute to accounting reserve methodologies
• Prepare reporting schedules for auditors and external stakeholders
• Develop managed care contract performance reports
• Collaborate across departments including finance leadership
• Support net revenue system implementations and cross-functional projects
• Monitor reimbursement and regulatory changes
• Serve as mentor and resource to junior staff

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Senior Net Revenue Analyst for Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics REQUIRED
• Minimum 7 years net revenue experience REQUIRED
• MUST have Kodiak (Crowe) experience - non-negotiable
• Revenue accounting knowledge REQUIRED
• Understanding of reimbursement structures (commercial and government payors) REQUIRED
• Experience with systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills REQUIRED
• CPA preferred
• Must live in Houston or surrounding area and be available onsite as needed
