At Xebia, we learn, grow, explore and create new frontiers in business together.Position: Delivery ManagerDuties:Lead and oversee end-to-end technology projects—including software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives—ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.Develop detailed project charters, work plans, and risk mitigation strategies to manage dependencies, technical challenges, and resource allocation effectively.Direct cross-functional teams of software engineers, business analysts, and vendors in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions.Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with technical specifications, SLAs, and compliance standards.Coordinate and facilitate project governance meetings and technical status reviews, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with IT and business stakeholders.Implement project management best practices, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps to track deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.Serve as the primary liaison between IT leadership, end-users, and external partners, providing progress updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.Lead post-implementation evaluations to assess system performance, identify process improvements, and inform future technology initiatives.Minimum Requirements:Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems/Application Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Manager or related position.
