Job Summary

The Strategic Delivery Lead, 3PL is a senior individual contributor reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations Digital Strategy, serving as the dedicated program lead for all 3PL digital transformation initiatives. This role owns delivery coordination, stakeholder management, and progress tracking for 3PL-related workstreams, with a focus on moving low-complexity inbound volume onto automated or AI-assisted paths. The ideal candidate brings operational knowledge of 3PL workflows combined with proven experience delivering automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery roadmap for all 3PL digital transformation workstreams — managing milestones, risks, and cross-functional coordination

• Drive automation of low-complexity inbound volume — coordinating with Digital Strategy Specialists to deploy solutions across 3PL channels

• Manage operational stakeholder relationships — securing business partner commitment to workflow changes and adoption

• Track and report on progress for 3PL workstreams — delivering accurate status updates

• Partner with external vendors to manage build requirements, delivery schedules, and solution acceptance for 3PL related work

• Identify and resolve cross-functional blockers between the Digital Strategy team and 3PL operational partners

• Apply business process improvement methods to surface automation opportunities and recommend process enhancements within 3PL workflows

Must-Have Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in program management, digital strategy, or business process improvement

• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable automation or efficiency outcomes across high-volume operational workflows

• Experience managing cross-functional delivery programs without direct authority over stakeholders

• Experience tracking and reporting on program KPIs for senior leadership audiences

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Direct experience with 3PL or similar healthcare operations workflows

• Experience deploying AI or automation solutions in contact center and logistics environments

• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification

• Familiarity with self-service deflection measurement and automation ROI tracking

• Advanced degree or equivalent professional certification

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $96,400 - $160,600
