This opportunity is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job Duties:Operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materialsReview work orders and job specifications to ensure accurate production and timely completionPerform finishing tasks including cutting, folding, trimming, binding, packaging, and preparing orders for shipmentUpdate job status information in company systems and communicate production progress as neededMaintain equipment and perform routine housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe work environmentOperate pallet jacks and assist with material movement throughout the facilityInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metCollaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals while following all safety proceduresEducation Requirements:High school diploma or GEDExperience Requirements:Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamCommitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendanceAbility to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as requiredPreferred Qualifications:Previous bindery, printing, manufacturing, production, or finishing experience preferredExperience operating bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, trimmers, gluers, and binders preferredStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesAbility to read work orders, follow instructions, and maintain production standardsStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skillsPhysical Capabilities:Physical requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed during the hiring process.
