Associate Attorney (2-6 Years)

Overview

Herold & Sager is seeking an attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join its Encinitas, California office.

Herold & Sager specializes in insurance coverage, complex legal disputes, and business transactions, providing outstanding advisory and litigation services to national and international clients. Preferred candidates will have the following skills:

· Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

· An interest in insurance coverage

· State and federal court litigation experience

· Strong academic background

· Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.

The annual billable requirement for this position is 1800 hours.

Annual Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
