PAH Infusion Nurse Educator — Home Visits

CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Educator to support PAH therapies, provide infusion training, and educate patients and caregivers. The role combines hands-on clinic work with home visits and strong collaboration with physicians and the sales team. The candidate will travel extensively (approximately 70%), primarily within the Atlanta area and along the East Coast, with about 30% remote work from home.
