Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.5x8.0 ShiftThe Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. This role is responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities.The therapist serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers, and themselves, performing professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.
