Barista Barleybean Cafe
We're looking for outgoing, energetic, and reliable baristas who thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. If you can stay calm during a rush, take pride in quality, and move with purpose you'll fit right in.
As a barista, you'll prepare espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks while maintaining speed, consistency, and hospitality in a high-volume setting. Previous coffee experience is preferred. Food service experience is a strong plus.
What You'll Do
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and brewed coffee to company standards
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy during peak hours
- Deliver welcoming, attentive customer service
- Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support daily operations and team workflow
