POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Service Representative with Anne Groh Beckman - State Farm Agent, you will play an important role in helping keep the office running smoothly while providing excellent support to customers and the agency team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and communication-based tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

You’ll assist with day-to-day customer service needs, support the sales and service team, and help ensure clients receive timely and professional communication. While this is an unlicensed position, it offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the insurance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect payments and enter them accurately into the system
• Answer billing questions and assist customers with basic account inquiries
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
• Update and maintain client contact information
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and text correspondence
• Follow up on requested documentation and outstanding forms
• Make past due reminder calls and send follow-up texts/emails
• Assist sales and service team members with administrative support
• Help with marketing and outreach activities as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comfortable multitasking and managing follow-up tasks
• Professional phone and written communication skills
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
