Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adult pre and post-transplant patients including liver, kidney, pancreas, and intestinal transplants.
• Perform telemetry monitoring and progressive care in a 36-bed unit.
• Float to various units to meet facility needs, potentially including Bellevue campus and units such as 4CS, 5 West, and 6 Neuro.
• Administer and manage essential drips including Nitro, Heparin, and non-DKA Insulin.
• Collaborate with CNAs, care techs, transport teams, and other interdisciplinary support staff to provide holistic patient care.
• Ensure compliance with nicotine-free facility policy and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license, pending license accepted if booked six weeks out.
• 2 years of experience in a large urban hospital, including experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center.
• Epic charting experience required.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required; NIH and CPI preferred.
• Proficiency with various clinical procedures and equipment management, including central line care and dysrhythmia management.
• Must be able to work 4 weekend shifts in an 8-week period and 2 out of 3 major holidays.
