Product Marketing Manager

ENVE Composites

Product Marketing Manager – Road OR Mountain BikeENVE is looking for two experienced product marketers who deeply understand cycling and the riders they will serve. One position will lead product marketing for our Road category, while the other will lead product marketing for our Mountain Bike category. This isn't simply a campaign-management role. We're looking for someone who understands the rider, the product, the competitive landscape, and the business—and can bring those pieces together to create product positioning and go-to-market strategies that resonate with cyclists around the world. You'll serve as a critical link between Product Management and the marketplace, partnering closely with Engineering, Sports Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, Customer Experience, athletes, dealers, distributors, and regional teams throughout the product lifecycle. If you know cycling, love great products, understand what makes riders care, and can translate technical product advantages into stories that drive demand, we'd love to meet you. This role combines product strategy, market insight, storytelling, and commercial execution. You'll own the product marketing strategy for your assigned category and help ensure that ENVE develops the right positioning, tells the right story, reaches the right riders, and successfully brings products to market. You'll be responsible for:Developing product marketing and category growth strategies based on rider needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, dealer feedback, athlete input, and business objectives.Creating compelling product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and competitive differentiation.Leading go-to-market planning and cross-functional execution for new product launches from concept through commercialization.Translating complex engineering and product features into clear, authentic, rider-relevant stories.Developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, content, paid media, dealer programs, and other channels.Creating sales enablement tools, dealer communications, product training, and other resources that help our teams and partners confidently represent ENVE products.Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sports Marketing, Sales, Creative, Digital, Customer Experience, athletes, dealers, distributors, and regional partners.Monitoring sales, market, customer, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and continuously improve our approach.Supporting industry events, media activities, athlete activations, dealer meetings, and other opportunities to bring ENVE products and stories to life.Ultimately, you'll help answer one of the most important questions in product marketing: Why should this rider choose this ENVE product? And then you'll help make sure the answer comes through clearly and consistently everywhere that rider encounters our brand. This role is probably a great fit if you:Understand cycling beyond the surface level and can speak credibly about the products, riders, disciplines, and culture that make the sport unique.Have meaningful knowledge of the Road or Mountain Bike market, including the riders, products, brands, trends, and competitive landscape.Love digging into a product to understand what genuinely makes it different—and finding the most compelling way to communicate that difference. Can move comfortably between technical product conversations with Engineering and compelling consumer-facing storytelling.Think strategically but enjoy the execution required to successfully bring a product to market.Understand that great product marketing starts with the customer, not the marketing calendar. Can use market research, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and sales data to make better decisions. Are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives even when the people involved don't report to you.Know how to balance brand, product, rider, and commercial objectives.Thrive in a fast-moving environment where you're managing multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and priorities. Are as interested in measuring whether the work worked as you are in creating it.What success looks like:Develop clear, differentiated positioning for products within your assigned category.Build deeper understanding of Road and Mountain Bike riders, competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.Create disciplined, effective go-to-market strategies that improve product launch execution.Strengthen the connection between Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, athletes, dealers, and the end rider.Translate ENVE's engineering and product advantages into compelling stories that riders understand and value.Equip our sales teams, dealers, distributors, and regional partners with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully represent our products.Develop integrated campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and demand while remaining authentic to the ENVE brand.Use data and market feedback to continuously improve product marketing strategy and execution.Contribute to the long-term growth and strength of ENVE's Road and Mountain Bike businesses. We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to market cycling products. We're looking for someone who understands why riders make the choices they make and can connect that insight to product strategy, positioning, storytelling, and commercial results.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience working for a brand, preferably within the bicycle or outdoor industry.Experience leading product launches, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating product positioning and messaging.Experience using market research, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and sales data to develop marketing strategies.Strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market and business data.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Passion for cycling and a strong understanding of cycling products, customers, and industry trends.Preferred Qualifications:Experience within the cycling, outdoor recreation, sporting goods, or premium consumer-products industry.Strong knowledge of the Road or Mountain Bike categories, including products, riders, competitive brands, market dynamics, and emerging trends.Experience marketing technically sophisticated, performance-driven products.Experience working with athletes, dealers, distributors, media, or other cycling-industry partners.Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems. At ENVE, product marketing starts with the product. Our customers care deeply about performance, design, engineering, ride experience, and the details that differentiate exceptional cycling products. That creates an opportunity for product marketers who want to go deeper than simply developing campaigns. You'll work directly with the people designing, engineering, testing, selling, riding, and supporting our products—and you'll have the opportunity to influence how those products are positioned and introduced to riders around the world. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of key ENVE product categories and tell the stories behind products built for riders who expect exceptional performance. If you're passionate about cycling, understand the Road or Mountain Bike rider, and know how to turn great products into compelling market opportunities, we'd love to meet you.Benefits:120 hours of paid time off annually96 hours of paid holidays annuallyMedical (PPO w/FSA or QHDHP w/HSA), prescription, dental, and vision coverageCompany-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability401(k) with employer matchPaid parental leaveProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee discounts on ENVE productsWork Schedule & Environment:Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8-hours or a 9/80 scheduleOccasional extended hours, weekends, or alternate shifts may be requiredRegular onsite attendance required.Work environment includes office and outdoor settings, with occasional time in manufacturing areasMust be
