As a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Arches ABA Therapy, you will be a crucial component of our nurturing atmosphere where each child with Autism is truly treasured. To excel as a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Arches ABA Therapy, a blend of specialized skills and qualifications is essential. Most importantly, candidates should demonstrate a genuine passion and patience for working with young children, while exhibiting strong communication, collaboration, time management, and supervision skills to effectively support children with Autism and their families on their journey towards independence.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Master's or doctoral degree in related field required.
• Current BCBA certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Current LBA license from Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board required.
• Completed BACB approved 8-hour supervision training.
• 3 or more years practicing as BCBA is required.
• Obtain and maintain certification for CPR and BLS (to be provided by employer upon hire).
• Possess a valid drivers license
