As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful assisted living facility. - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairs, replacements, and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experience
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- 0 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
