Strategic Finance Director — Budgets, GAAP & Compliance
Family & Children Services, Inc.
Family & Children Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Finance to lead the accounting, budgeting, analysis, cash management, audits, internal controls, and grant/contract compliance. You will supervise the finance team and provide clear financial information to the CEO, Board, and leaders to support decisions and long-term strength.
The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 3–5 years' supervisory experience, GAAP budgeting, and strong MS Excel skills. CPA desirable but not required.
