Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Manage general ledger reconciliations across multiple entities Handle complex intercompany transactions, allocations, and reporting/reposting Analyze balance sheet and income statement fluctuations Perform variance analysis and identify trends/discrepancies Support internal and external audits Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain reporting structures within ERP/accounting systems Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting workflows Assist with accounting policy and internal controls documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2–5+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge Experience with multi‑entity / multi‑location / multi‑property accounting environments Experience handling complex intercompany transactions required Workday ERP experience highly preferred Advanced Excel and strong systems aptitude Strong analytical/problem‑solving mindset Benefits Join a financially stable, privately held organization with a strong regional reputation Exposure to complex multi‑entity financial reporting and technical accounting challenges Opportunity to work directly with senior finance leadership High‑impact role with visibility into strategic financial operations Collaborative team environment that celebrates wins and supports development Opportunity to improve processes and influence accounting infrastructure EEO Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
