Kitchen Manager for high volume sports bar and restaurant

Job Description

We have an exciting Kitchen Manger opportunity in the Seattle area! This is a high volume, high energy sports bar and restaurant, so previous BOH management experience is preferred to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

Kitchen Manager Qualifications/Requirements:

3-5 years of related experience in a high volume kitchen
A solid understanding of kitchen operations
Experience handling labor, financials, scheduling, safety & sanitation; and
High-level leadership and management skills.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

Ensuring the kitchen has necessary ingredients and equipment
Optimizing and ordering kitchen inventory
Ensuring compliance with sanitary and health regulations
Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
Working with the Head Chef to develop and maintain the restaurant menu
Creating schedules for kitchen staff
Tracking kitchen finances and budgeting
