Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to lead our cocktail restaurant and bar and support our luxury hospitality team. Key Responsibilities Execute creative cocktail recipes and stay abreast of the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine. Plan and schedule staff, minimizing labor costs and streamlining processes for a 24‑hour operation. Lead training and development of staff and maintain a high level of service quality. Handle administrative tasks such as inventory, payroll, cost control, and other operational duties. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to keep the department well‑ordered and engage guests and team members. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience and 3 years of managing a cocktail restaurant and bar. Proficiency in creating and executing creative cocktail recipes. Strong organizational and technical skills, capable of multi‑tasking and working long hours. Experience in scheduling, labor cost control, and process streamlining. Excellent training, relationship‑building, listening, and leadership skills. Flexible, proactive, intuitive, and responsible with the ability to work within a 24‑hour operation.
