Bring your passion to our team, and let's make an impact together.Bring your experience and make a difference.As a Manufacturing Technician on the Top Drawer team, a typical day for you will include:Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, and parts lists to build high-quality components.Preparing, packing, and palletizing products accurately for secure shipping.Maintaining a clean, safe workstation and following priority reports to manage sequence and urgency.Communicating effectively with teammates and leadership to hit daily production goals.Bring your skills and achieve success.(Required qualifications)Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced assembly or manufacturing environment.Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and the ability to deliver accurate results on a timeline.Requirements: Ability to pass a standard background check; ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbsEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent.Safety Gear: Protective footwear (composite/steel toe) is required.
