This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Follow all safety, manufacturing, and quality proceduresOperate various types of equipment, including meter mix machines, hydraulic presses, cutting tools, grinders, and assembly equipmentLearn and understand the structural design of fiber-reinforced composite materialsHandle and store materials properly to preserve quality and shelf lifeInspect finished parts for quality assurancePrioritize tasks and meet daily production goalsAccurately record data using computer applications or paper tracking systemAssist with other tasks as needed to support the teamQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience using computers for data entry, email, and web-based applicationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructionsAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentManufacturing experience preferred, including safe operation of production equipment Join Our Team!At WillowWood, you'll be part of a mission-driven company that helps people regain mobility and independence.
