At Aulo, estheticians do more than perform treatments — they help guests feel restored, confident, and cared for in a modern beauty and wellness social club. Key Responsibilities Perform facial services with excellence, including express facials, custom facials, hydration facials, men’s facials, teen facials, timeless facials, and HydraFacial services Conduct thorough consultations and recommend treatments based on guest needs, skin concerns, and goals Educate guests on aftercare, skincare routines, and retail recommendations Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and professional standards Deliver a warm, luxurious guest experience from start to finish Contribute to a collaborative team culture and uphold Aulo’s standards of hospitality and professionalism Qualifications Valid New Jersey Esthetician license Experience performing customized facial treatments; HydraFacial experience preferred Strong knowledge of skincare, sanitation, and treatment protocols Excellent communication and client care skillsProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented Passion for beauty, wellness, and inclusive service What We’re Looking For Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and results A professional who can create both a relaxing experience and a high standard of care A team member excited to grow with a new brand from the ground up #J-18808-Ljbffr Aulo Spa
