Contract To Hire Help Desk Openings (2) - Waltham MA (NO 3rd Party Recruiters) Pay Range $25 to $27 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to home office staff and advisors, as well as their teams, across a broad range of systems, applications, and technical issues. Prioritize, triage, and manage incoming support requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems in a timely manner. Core Strengths and Skills Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (2016, 2019, and Microsoft 365), including resolving functionality and connectivity issues; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Exchange connectivity, and related protocols. Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and domain-based environments. Skilled in supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android platforms. Ability to diagnose and resolve TCP/IP networking issues, including problems involving printers, scanners, and other networked devices. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a technical support or help desk role. CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-100, or equivalent technical certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Planet Group
