What You’ll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality in mind to achieve on-time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar named products, ensuring correct quantity and product codes. Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality—no damaged or stale items. Correctly document and label all orders, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimize tote fill by packing orders space efficiently while maintaining product quality. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service support to resolve issues. Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean workspace, promptly cleaning spills and debris, and ensuring totes are clean before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing all safety pre‑inspection checks before use. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and safety practices. Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. Minimum Pay The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
