A-Line Staffing is actively searching for Multiple Assemblers , for a major company located in Sandy, UT. This is an exciting opportunity with a client that is looking to move fast for the right candidate.

Job Overview

Performs various tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. Responsible for setting up, operating, performing maintenance on, and troubleshooting equipment. Conducts quality inspections on processing lines to ensure adherence to quality specifications. Works within defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods while adhering to strict quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Fabrication: Perform tasks related to the assembly, fabrication, and testing of medical devices.
• Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
• Quality Inspections: Conduct regular quality inspections on the production line in compliance with established quality specifications.
• Documentation: Follow and adhere to SOPs, quality guidelines, and scientific methods to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work in a team environment, cooperating with co-workers, Team Leads, and Supervisors.
• Flexibility: Rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed, ensuring versatility in the role.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

• 1 Year of Manufacturing or Assembly Experience

Skills & Abilities

• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to clearly understand and relay tasks and instructions with co-workers and leadership.
• Reading & Interpretation: Ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications written in English.
• Basic Math Skills: Perform basic calculations related to measurements and specifications.
• Measurement Tools: Use basic tools of measurement such as microscopes with accuracy.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in all tasks and processes.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and get along with others.
• Adaptability: Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Occasionally required to lift or move items up to 20 pounds .
