Procurement Specialist

Job Description
This is a heavy administrative procurement role supporting day-to-day procurement operations, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, securing approvals, coordinating signatures, and managing the business card program.
\nThe ideal candidate will have procurement or buying experience , along with strong data entry, data processing, research, and administrative skills. Candidates without direct procurement experience may be considered if they have strong administrative experience with high-volume data entry and data processing.

- Strong research and organizational skills \n
- Data entry and data processing experience \n
- Ability to follow instructions and process tasks accurately \n
- Procurement/buying experience is a plus \n
- DocuSign experience required \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required \n
- iManage or other document management system experience is a plus \n
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment \n
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
